There is nothing in the store on my website yet because I'm still trying to figure out how to go about sharing this, and also find out if there's even any interest in it. My plan right now is to put unit studies for 4 books into an ebook and sell that for $10 with the proceeds going to support Huntington's Disease research and my daughter-in-law who has been diagnosed with HD. Her and my two granddaughters love to go to the HDSA National Convention but it is a costly adventure that we can't always make happen.
I will follow this up with a post sharing a free unit study for "A Lucky Dog: Owney, U.S. Rail Mail Mascot." This will give you an idea of what the ebook will be like and let you see if your kiddos may like this thing! Some of the books piled high on my dining room table right now are about: the man who invented a way to photograph snowflakes, a giraffe who walked to Paris, a family who raised their children on a ship in the late 1800's, a girl who was mailed to visit her grandmother, the first woman steamboat captain, the race across snowy mountains to save a prince in the year 1206, when 21 elephants walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, a woman who fought in the revolutionary war... stuff like that :o)
Thanks for reading, and while I'm at it, thanks in advance for your patience with my unprofessional writing abilities. Holler if you have any questions! I'm always happy to help with the grand endeavor: Homeshooling!!!
